   Regulations on the trail "Qizilnura"

The race is certified by ITRA +2 points.

Kyzylnura Mountain (3267 m) is located in the spurs of the western Tien Shan, on the territory of the Ugam-Chatkal Nature Reserve. To visit this territory, you need a special permit and payment of an eco-tax

Goals and objectives:  

•             Popularization of trail hunting in Uzbekistan

•               Improving sports skills

•             Attracting the population to a healthy lifestyle

•             Education of environmental literacy.

Time and place of the event  

The competition will be held in Tashkent region, Parkent district, on August 24, 2025. The route starts at the Kumyshkan sanatorium. Start at 08.00.

Distance:

The route starts from the village of Kumyshkan. You need to go through the territory of the Kumyshkan sanatorium, then along the bed of the Parkent Say River and a dirt road to the checkpoint. Then a sharp climb to the path on the right and along the serpentine path to the ridge.

Then along the ridge along the old geological road and a wide path the path to the top. Ascent to the summit is about 20 km. Descent along the ascent route. Total length of the route is about 40,5 km, altitude gain is 2,529 m.

Time limit for completing the distance is 12 hours

Requirements for participants  

1. Athletes not younger than 18 years old are admitted to the competition

2. The participant must be aware of the control time and, by registering for the race, confirms his ability to cover the distance within the set time.

3. Completing a distance in remote and mountainous terrain is associated with a certain risk to life and health and requires a certain level of physical, technical and psychological preparation. By deciding to participate in the competition, the participant confirms and guarantees that he has such.

4. By registering for the race, the participant confirms that he has no medical contraindications to prolonged physical exertion, and accepts all risks and negative consequences associated with the violation of this condition.

5. Participants must be equipped with sportswear and shoes.

6. Each participant on the route must have a supply of drinking water and a snack.

7. The participant must have a mobile phone with a loaded GPS track of the route.

8. It is mandatory to have a hat and a windbreaker.

9. We ask you to follow the rules of conduct in the mountains and respect the native nature. Do not damage the local flora and fauna.

Financing

The competition is held at the expense of the entry fees of the participants.

The organizers provide:

1. Marking the route and judging.

2. Timing

3. List of results

4. Water, drinks, and hot meals at the finish line.

5. Finisher's medal

6. Electronic certificate of race participant.

7. Diplomas for the race leader

8. Open access to photo and video materials of the race.

Start number:

The start number is issued at the starting point, 30 minutes before the start of the race.

Determining the winners

1. All participants who finish within the time limit for completing the distance are awarded a finisher's medal and a participant certificate.

2.            The participant who shows the best time on the distance is awarded an honorary diploma.

3. Warm-up before the start – 7.50

4. Start – 8.00

5. Finish – 19.00

6. Hot lunch and awarding of the winners – 19.00

7. Departure of participants – 19.30

Registration

Registration is open on the website «TRAILRUNNING.UZ» https://trailrunning.uz/ until August 20, 2025. The limit on the number of participants is 20.

The entry fee is 30 $.
